Copyrights issues on photos from image banks are not IDEACION responsability, but clients.
We can use an image bank photo for layout and design purposes, but IDEACION will never use them at the final product without the original photo bought by the customer.

Any photo given to IDEACION for design purposes will be taken for us as free of copyrights or that the client already paid those rights. |

IDEACION is free to put a website down if the customer didn´t pay the total amount of money that it was defined previously in the contract. |

If a customer breaks the contract with IDEACION owing money to us, we are free to start legal actions in order to get paid completely. |

IDEACION is free to decide to work with a customer or not. Also can break the contract with the customer if we consider they changed the working rules, intentions or needs. |

IDEACION is not supposed to agree with contents or philosophy in any communication piece, like websites contents. What is written or shown in a design communnication done by IDEACION reflect the customer needs, vision, mission and culture, not IDEACION´s philosphy. |
